Rise for Impact

How Women Rise Leadership Program

Rise for Impact is your organization’s solution to becoming more inclusive and higher performing by helping women overcome the habits that hold them back. The workshop examines the habits most likely to get in the way of women as they seek to move to a higher level. Participants are introduced to 12 habits through global case studies. They are then asked to reflect on their own experience and provided with tools to help them overcome each habit and put their learnings into practice through both group work and shared dialogue around identified solutions.

Female managers and executives will learn to build upon their strengths and mitigate or replace behaviors that are not serving their desired future. Men who participate will be able to support these strategies for women co-workers and subordinates. Educating both genders in these practical techniques will empower them to better support each other and create a more inclusive organization.

Learning happens through a blended approach of self-paced online activities and a series of facilitated online group sessions.
